Cost

The registration fees below include attendance on both days of the conference, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch each day, a USB and the printed Proceedings containing the papers presented at the Symposium**.

The fee also includes one ticket for the dinner on Monday 27 June (tickets for guests and partners can be purchased when you register) and the visit to the Thames Tideway Project (optional - places are limited).

Accommodation at Churchill College, Cambridge

Overnight accommodation with breakfast can be booked at the College for two nights. Details of the package options available are here.

All rooms are en-suite and many look out onto Churchill College grounds and offer a wide range of guest facilities - complimentary wifi, tea and coffee making and free car parking.

Symposium Dinner

One dinner ticket is included in each registration fee. If you would like to bring a guest, please book an additional dinner ticket with your registration.

Booking

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your booking form by email, usually within 48 hours. Final confirmation of your booking together with joining instructions, including maps etc, will be sent approximately one week before the start of the event, usually by email to the email address provided on your form.

*PhD Students must send proof of their status to ifm-events@eng.cam.ac.uk when making their booking.

**the student fee does not include the printed Conference Proceedings.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time. Bookings cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the event will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to modify the programme of any event up to the day of the event. It may, in exceptional circumstances, be necessary to cancel or rearrange an event at short notice. The University of Cambridge can accept no liability for loss caused by cancellation or rearrangement. Its liability is limited to refund of the registration fee if the event is cancelled.
